Petzl 2017
Designing Petzl’s retail store in Megamall located in Ekbatan town with an overall area of 60 m² was commissioned to meem. architects by Davino group in 2017. Davino is the main sales representative of professional climbing gear, mountaineering and access equipment from brands such as Petzl, Beal and Off cook. These brands consolidate industrial and manufacturing technology with nature but not with conquring in mind but to unite with it. The design's main concept was to create a space where industry meets nature and harmonizes with its melody. Music is born from nature and revitalizes architecture. The musical composition that influenced our design is the Symphony No. 6 in F major, Op. 68, by Ludwig van Beethoven. This piece which is also known as the Pastoral Symphony is related to experiencing nature. As shown in the diagrams, we found the composition’s musical motifs and by combining them with simple shelving formats transformed them into our desired form. The idea behind the wooden elements is "moving through nature" and the placement of the wooden planks is a reminder of mountains. These planks are kept in place by tying knots using Beal’s ropes and Petzl’s hangers without any other structural components.

Our architects will visit the property to take measurements and photos in order to prepare for the Pre-Design stage. no payment is required before signing a contract.
After visiting the property, we start with the Pre-Design stage. at this stage the architects work with the client to understand the lot and the clients' needs and desiers. this leads to a better understanding of the project and kicks off the design process.
Absolutely not. museums, markets, reindeer observatories, landscapes and dollhouses get the same care and attention to purpose.
